Setting Up Email Reports

Get a summary report for your entire portfolio by email every day, every week, or every month. Email reports include a summary of your downloads and revenue, ranks, reviews, and featured placements.


When you open an Appfigures account, you'll have three built-in email reports: daily, weekly, and monthly.


If you want to manage email reports or create an email report for someone else, you do so through Email Reports.


Creating an Email Report


  1. Head into your Profile → Email Reports.
  2. Click the Create Email Report button.
  3. Select the frequency of the reports. Daily reports come out as soon as new reports are available. Weekly reports go out every Monday.
  4. Select the apps to include. Here you can choose one, some, or all apps.
  5. Select your recipients. A recipient can be any email address and does not require linking the email to your account.
  6. Customize the report with options. We did our best to pick the most appropriate defaults, but you have the ability to change them all.
  7. Click Save.


That's it!


Noteworthy


Daily email reports are sent out as soon as all stores have released their reports for the day. We have a cutoff time of 4pm EST, where we'll send out daily email reports even if the stores have not released their sales reports for the day.


Weekly email reports are sent out between Monday - Thursday, depending on when the stores have all of their reports released for the previous week. If Apple's report (which includes dates from Monday - Sunday) releases its weekly report on Monday, and Google releases its Sunday report on Wednesday, email reports will go out on Wednesday.


Monthly email reports are sent out on the 11th of each month.
