Appfigures API: Access, Limits, and Add-ons
The Appfigures API gives you programmatic access to tons of data—from app and store performance to metadata and more.
The Basics
If you have an Appfigures account, you can start using the API for free to get data on the apps you’re already tracking. Everything you see in your Appfigures reports is also available through the API.
Daily Call Limits
By default, every account gets 1,000 API requests per day for free. If you need to make more requests per day you can increase your limit via a paid add-on. Options range from 2,500 requests/day all the way to 50,000 requests per day. Go to Manage > API Access to pick a higher limit.
Replying to Reviews
You can use the Appfigures API, CLI, and MCP Server to reply to reviews from the App Store and Google Play programmatically, and that's available in all plans that have replying to reviews functionality.
Public Data Access
The API lets you search and get app intelligence for any app, not just the ones you track. You can:
- Find apps by name, id, etc.
- View ratings and ranks
- See featured placements
- Read & reply to reviews, and more
Accessing data for apps you don’t own requires credits. Each request costs one or more credits, which you can buy in packages. If you run out, the API will tell you how many credits you need.

Credits are purchased in blocks and never expire so you can use them as needed. Credit pricing.
CLI and MCP
The CLI and MCP will use the same credits as the API.
You'll have the ability to use either, or both, to pull data that you already have access to with your plan. The features/apps you have access to with your plan will be available to you with the CLI or MCP.
Any request to the CLI/MAP will require 10 credits. Like the API, all accounts start with 1,000 requests/day (noted above), you can increase your daily limit as needed,
Data Processors & Resellers
You can use the API internally without restrictions. Contact us to discuss reselling/repackaging any of the data from the API.
