# Linking Your InMobi Account

Linking your InMobi account requires that the account have API access enabled. To enable access and get a secret key, you'll need to contact InMobi directly. Once API access is enabled, InMobi will provide you with the secret key for the account.

Once you have the credentials ready, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Appfigures account and navigate to the [Linked Accounts](https://appfigures.com/account/externals) tab inside your Account settings.
2. Click *Link an Account* at the top of the page.
3. Select a nickname for the account. This is a label you will use internally to identify the account and can be anything you'd like.
4. Enter the API credentials collected above.
5. Save the new account.

We will verify the credentials and then start syncing all available data from the account in the background.

Most background syncs are completed in a few minutes, but larger accounts may take up to an hour to complete the initial sync.

Once linked, the account will be synced several times every day to ensure data is always up to date.
